- ✅ 10th Standard: 60% or above
- ✅ 12th Standard: 60% or above
- ✅ Graduation: 60% or CGPA 6.0+
- ✅ Open school or distance education allowed for 10th & 12th
📌 Other Requirements
- ✔ One backlog allowed during assessment (must be cleared before 8th semester)
- ✔ Maximum 3 years gap in education (between 10th & graduation start)
- ✔ No gaps during graduation – must be completed in 4 years
- ✔ Only full-time degree courses recognized by Central/State Govt. of India
- ✔ Indian Citizens, PIO/OCI holders, Bhutan & Nepal nationals (with citizenship certificate)
- ✔ Candidates must be 18+ at registration
💼 Job Details
🎯 Role: Project Engineer
💰 Salary: INR 3.50 LPA
🎁 Additional Bonuses
- ₹25,000 bonus after 6 months (merged with CTC after 12 months)
- Regular yearly increments
- Additional bonuses at 18, 24, and 36 months from DOJ
📜 Service Agreement
✔ 12-month bond post joining
✔ ₹75,000 penalty on pro-rata basis for early exit
