Who Can Apply?
✅ Graduation: 3-year full-time degree only (BCA, BSc in CS/IT/Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Statistics/Electronics or allied streams)
✅ Passing Year: 2022, 2023, or 2024 graduates
✅ Academic Requirements: Minimum 50% in 10th, 12th, and UG
✅ Others:
Willingness to work in shifts and from office
Open to Indian Nationals only
🚫 Not Eligible: BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed, and PG degree holders
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide first-line technical support to end-users
✔️ Log, track, and document support tickets
✔️ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
✔️ Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with IT teams
✔️ Maintain support documentation and knowledge base
