HCLTech is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for B.E/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering graduates who are eager to begin a meaningful journey in Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and complaint management for healthcare technologies.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical (Graduates only)
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in medical devices complaint handling or Post Market Surveillance (PMS)
- Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office) – Hyderabad (Madhapur / Gachibowli)
- Joining: Immediate
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer complaints related to medical devices
- Conduct in-depth complaint investigations and root cause analysis
- Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and daily operational reports
- Ensure prompt and clear communication with stakeholders
