Capgemini is hiring fresh graduates for its Contact Support Group (CSG) team under the Exceller Program. This role demands dynamic candidates who can deliver excellent customer experience through voice and non-voice support channels while multitasking across platforms and adapting to evolving customer needs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
💬 Customer Support & Resolution

Provide voice-based support and resolve queries via phone, chat, and email

Troubleshoot common customer issues including internet connectivity, password resets, and profile-related concerns

Deliver first-contact resolution ensuring high customer satisfaction

Clarify and confirm customer requirements with empathy and professionalism

Greet, engage, and communicate effectively following agreed protocols
🎟️ Ticket Management

Classify and prioritize tickets based on issue type and urgency
-
Monitor ticket lifecycle (open, on-hold, resolved, closed)

Keep customers updated with ticket status and next steps
🧠 Knowledge & Service Delivery

Leverage ticket data for insights and proactive support improvements

Efficiently use CHIP (Capgemini’s AI bot) to resolve issues faster

Maintain and update the Knowledge Base to enhance service quality

Promote Capgemini tools and services to improve customer experience
📧 Email & Digital Support

Handle email-based service queries efficiently

Minimize back-and-forth (hops) between customer and support desk

🔍 Eligibility Criteria
