Handle inbound US customer calls with empathy and professionalism

Ensure first call resolution following proper call flow

Adhere to break schedule, escalation procedures, and call quality benchmarks

Maintain logs (complaint tracker, escalation logs, etc.)
-
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with customer service protocols
-
Engage in regular feedback sessions and motivational activities
