Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Zoho’s IT management products
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
- Assist customers via calls, chats, emails, and remote sessions
- Guide users with setup and configuration issues
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses
Skills & Eligibility
- BE / BTech graduates from any stream
- Understanding of modern IT management and ITSM concepts
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux OS, endpoint security, and IT operations
- Familiarity with tools such as EDR, SOC, SCCM, Intune, AV, and Endpoint/Mobile Device Management
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
