Zoho is hiring Technical Support Engineers who can take ownership of customer issues and resolve them through phone, email, chat, and remote support sessions. The ideal candidate should have technical proficiency, a good grasp of IT infrastructure and endpoint management tools, and must thrive in a fast-paced support environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Zoho’s IT management products

Troubleshoot issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms

Respond to customer queries via calls, chats, emails, and remote sessions

Guide users with setup and configuration issues

Collaborate with product teams for escalations and issue resolution

Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate responses
📚 Pre-requisites / Skills Required:

Understanding of modern IT management and ITSM concepts
-
Familiarity with Windows, Mac, Linux OS, endpoint security, and IT operations
-
Knowledge of support tools like EDR, SOC, SCCM, Intune, AV, and Endpoint/Mobile Device Management is a plus

Basic knowledge of networking concepts

Strong written and verbal communication skills
