📌 Academic Eligibility Criteria
- Year of Passing: 2023 or 2024
- Education: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering (full-time, regular program only)
- Minimum Marks: 65% or above in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Engineering
- Diploma Holders: If pursued Diploma after 10th, 65% in Diploma is mandatory. If both 12th & Diploma are completed, then 65% in both is required.
- No backlogs at the time of application
- No academic score improvement attempts allowed
- Maximum 1-year gap allowed between academic programs (SSC onward)
- Only candidates with Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet are eligible
❌ Not Eligible If
- Qualification is from non-UGC approved or non-AICTE recognized institutions
- Studied through correspondence, part-time, or online programs
- Appeared for Tech Mahindra Fresher Recruitment in the past 6 months
- Incorrect details submitted (CGPA instead of percentage, wrong email, etc.)
📝 Selection Process
The selection process consists of multiple stages:
- Virtual & proctored online test (within 1–2 weeks of registration)
- Face-to-face interviews at Tech Mahindra offices
- 5-stage evaluation process (each test is a filter for the next)
- Successful candidates will be onboarded in phases as per business requirements

- Enter academic scores in percentage (%) only. Convert CGPA to % as per university rules.
- Registration details once submitted cannot be modified.
- Registration ID & PIN will be sent to your registered email (check spam/junk folder).
- Candidates must be flexible to work in an agile environment, across locations, and in shifts.
